POWER INCLINE
Use the console to change the rear elevation of the elliptical to increase the intensity of a workout, or to target specific muscle groups. The stride length automatically adjusts as you change the incline to ensure free, comfortable movement.
WIRELESS HEART RATE MONITORING
The 4.0 AE includes a Polar® receiver and chest strap for quick, accurate monitoring throughout your workout.
